Clean and spacious room/bathroom. Comfortable bed. Personnel always ready to support if needed. Good buffet breakfast. Free parking available at the hotel. Close to Thermal Erding and to several shopping stores. S-Bahn at 800 meters away. No air conditioner inside the room- pretty warm during the day/ night. Opening the window during evening not so convenient due to insects from the outside (hotel located in a forest area). Maybe here something to improve, other than that all fine.
